I am a customer and a neighbor (one mile) Last evening, I told my waitress the chicken in my burrito was very dry. My only purpose was that I assumed you would want her to share this, with the cook and/or manager or owner so they could correct it and they would know what a customer thinks. If you don't know you can't look into and fix something. No one came to me to acknowledge what I had shared. No one said sorry for my experience. No one thanked me for sharing.
