The unit I work for was having a graduation ceremony for our residence. They are very accommodating. They had everything set up just the way we needed it. We go to them every year for this event! Nice building and awesome people.
I'll give it a 4, but it's kind of on the low side of 4. The food is decent, but service is erratic... sometimes the food comes out really quickly, sometimes it takes forever. But it's a good option for lunch out, away from the hospital on post where I work, but it's easier and quicker to get to than other places further across post. It's also good for work happy hours because it's not super-crowded, it's close to work and the fire place is awesome.

Very clean and well-attended by the staff. The decor is a little dated, but still in great shape. This would be a good place to have a formal dinner, dance, wedding reception, or other event.
