Auntie Anne's can be a hit or miss experience, but the staff's friendliness and nice customer service, particularly from Julie, stand out. The restaurant is clean and offers fresh pretzels. The employees are young, but they did amazing and are often polite and sweet, speaking both English and Spanish, which is appreciated by many customers.
