We just enjoyed Beijing Noodle for the first time and wow, I can’t wait to order again!! We had the Wuhan noodles (with the pork belly) and the steamed pork dumplings. The noodle dish was absolutely beautiful and equally tasty! Incredible work!
Henan Gravy noodles were great, not overpowering with the meat. Prices were extremely affordable! The tofu appetizer was fantastic as well. Had also never tried the Tea Egg before - definitely worth (more than) the $1. Owner was friendly.
I live in Denver and have to drive over an hour to get here, but it’s totally worth it. In my opinion, this is one of the most authentic Chinese food in Colorado!

Beijing Noodle is a popular Chinese restaurant known for its authentic and delicious food. The small mom & pop noodle shop offers a high-quality food experience with some of the best noodles in Fort Collins. Standout dishes include the tofu appetizer, Beijing Zha Jiang noodle, and the must-try Chinese burger. The pork in chile sauce, steamed dumplings, and Wuhan noodle are also favorites, along with the tea eggs and cucumber salad. For those craving something unique, the jian bing and egg tomato noodles are excellent choices. The dining room is small and can get crowded, but the food is done quickly and delivers homey delicious goodness with perfectly qq noodles. While the service can be slow at times, the flavorful noodle soups and bouncy noodles more than make up for it. The restaurant has even been recognized as one of the best in the country by USA TODAY. However, be aware that the tap water has an unusual taste.
