It was my first experience going to a Crumbl location. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the cookies were amazing! I have heard many varied reviews of Crumbl cookies but they definitely surpassed my expectations! The chocolate chip cookie was our favorite but all were delicious!
I finally decided to see what all the hype was about, and I have to say, the cookies are definitely indulgent! They are huge, soft, and decorated so well that they almost look too good to eat. I really enjoyed the variety of flavors they had on the menu this week, and it was a fun treat to pick out a few different ones to share. They are definitely on the sweet side, but if you have a major sugar craving, this is the perfect spot to satisfy it.
Caroline went above and beyond to help me with an online order! She was friendly, professional and understanding! I am grateful that she provided me with outstanding customer service which led to the resolution of my issue.
