I had the Fried Chicken from here and it was awesome! The meal was a nice twist from the same old burger and fries I eat way too often. The owner is incredibly nice whose organization and preparedness for large crowds is impressive. She was awesome at the CSU tailgate today. Highly recommended if you need an event catered!

Culture Alley Caribbean Cuisines is a wonderful food truck and a gem in Fort Collins. The food is amazing, seasoned tasty, and exactly what customers are looking for. The staff is absolutely wonderful, and the owner is incredibly nice whose organization and preparedness for large crowds is impressive. The customer service is amazing.
The menu includes Fried Chicken, stewed chicken, jerk chicken, patties, Mac and cheese, snapper, Haitian Spaghetti, oxtail, curry goat plates, rice, plantains, slaw, and habenero sauce. The Haitian Spaghetti is so unique and delicious. The oxtail plate is definitely recommended. A plate of half oxtail half jerk chicken with rice, plantains, slaw is phenomenal. The food to price is amazing with plenty to eat and leftovers. The rice has all the right spices and has a kick to it in the best way possible. Everything tried has been full of flavor and love. This is probably the best Caribbean food in Fort Collins, and the oxtail compares to top tier ones. Highly recommended for anyone looking for good tasty authentic food, and for any event catered.
