Our orders always missing our not right we order 3 to 4 times a week and spend a lot of money but everytime orders just keep getting worse getting to the point we are going to just go somewhere

Did a DoorDash order and want to clarify nothing wrong on the drivers end with delivery. However, ordered a 6 pc buffalo wing combo and was delivered chicken nuggets with buffalo sauce. Called and was told that they are out of wings so that’s what they are substituting with. I said I was not informed that when ordering and if I was I wouldn’t have ordered. All I got was a sorry and that they’d take it off the menu.
