We stumbled upon this place by accident and I couldn't be more happy about it! Super chill and comfortable atmosphere....we had chowder, steamed clams (white wine and garlic) , civeche , and a Mahi mahi entree. Best seafood meal I've had in a loooong time. This place is a gem and a MUST. We are from Denver and will be sure to hit up Fish every time we visit Ft Collins from now on . Adorable, sweet waitress too! Couldn't have had a better experience .

Fish was a great place to visit in a nice, walkable district. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The variety of food options was just right. The one page menu was just enough to offer choices without making too many options. I had the saffron risotto and added a 4 oz grouper fillet. The grouper was good and the risotto flavor was good, but just a bit under cooked. The food is incredible. If you enjoy scallops you must try theirs... truly insane! It was a busy night and yet the staff kept smiling and having fun. I don't mind spending money if I feel the food was worth it, and this food is worth every penny!
