“I stopped by here after visiting their grocery store. The customer service 10/10 at BOTH. I ordered the dinner plate with okra , biriyani and some samosa ….it was all so delicious! For sweets I got the mango ice cream with kulfi pistachio 🤤. I sampled a few and they were all great 😊🤤🤤🤤 not sure what the other comments are talking about everything delicious and unique such a great way to highlight their culture. Everything Very clean the atmosphere, hair nets, and gloves 10/10 they know what they are doing!! I will definitely be back to both the restaurant and grocery . Thank you for a great experience“

“If you are in NoCo and want delicious Indian food, come here! The prices are beyond reasonable especially for how HUGE the portions are! The staff is friendly, our food arrived quickly and was hot & fresh, and the restaurant itself was extremely clean, with an inviting atmosphere. They have indoor and outdoor dining, and a ton of vegan & vegetarian options if that’s what you prefer :) we will definitely be back to try the lamb & goat next time!“

“Helene and I spent last night in Fort Collins, CO after a very long day on the road. We decided we had a yen for Indian food, and a little Internet research put Star of India in the top three Indian restaurants in town (out of six - which in itself was a little unexpected). Although we had hoped to sit and eat outside on the patio with our small dog, disappointingly the restaurant’s policy woulld not allow this, so we decided on take-out instead. The restaurant staff bent over backwards to be pleasant and helpful after our initial disappointment, the food was prepared and packed quickly, and Gideon (who I think was a supervisor) was a pleasure to deal with. Back in our hotel room, the food proved to be everything we could have hoped for. Still piping hot after a half hour in the carry out bag, every dish was aromatic and flavorful. We had lamb samosas and yellow lentil dhal as appetizers - both delicious! As entrees, Helene had Butter Chicken, and I had Chicken Tikka Tandoori with a Korma sauce. We ate them with naan bread, and again both were excellent! This was the best Indian meal I have had in at least a couple of years, and I am really glad we pushed past the initial dog policy disappointment. I would heartily recommend Star of India to anyone living in or passing through Fort Collins - and we will definitely be repeat customers.“

“This is the place to come if you're hungry. The buffet style nepalese food is so good. They usually have discounts in ValPak. Quiet and peaceful restaurant in my experience. It's nothing fancy, but nothing beats fresh naan, saag and tikka masala in all you can eat fashion.

I recommend getting the chai to aid in the digestion lol.“
