“This might be my first food review ever... but I had such a dope experience. First of all, they were open late on a Sunday! I was in town for a show, got out super hungry and after googling, I saw they were open and near by. The food is bangin, super flavorful, and the staff was so nice and hospitable. Even though it late, they were very attentive, accommodating, and I never felt rushed or like my presence was an inconvenience. I definitely hope to eventually taste my way through the menu. I had a modified shawarma and it was so delicious!“

“Very good - They have a pretty wide-selection overall of south/north Indian style food here, and even some niche Nepali dishes too. The chicken 65, chicken 555, dosa masala, and lamb vindaloo were what we got, and were surprisingly great!If you have a large/large-ish party, definitely would recommend the dosa masala given the serving size, and how easy it is to split with others. “We have been going to Haveli for a year or so now and it NEVER disappoints. The owner (I think) is always so nice to us and telling us he is happy to see us again! The other waiters are very nice too! I always get the butter chicken level 3 with plain naan and an order of steamed chicken momo. “I LOVE the food here. Everything we have tried is always outstanding and full of spice. Medium is the perfect heat for us and we like spicy food. Although we love the food, we probably won't dine in anymore and just get it for take out. The service is consistently terrible; the lack of attention to time we sit and then need to tell them we want to order & having to ask for to-go boxes multiple times before getting them & then asking for the check while sitting for about 15 minutes done with food and packing up our food. It never fails that the service is like this...it's disappointing to say the least when the food is as good as it is.“

“This is my favorite Indian restaurant in Denver! I worked at an Indian restaurant for a couple years back home in Seattle and knew I needed to find a new Indian restaurant to go to when I moved to Denver and I’m so glad I found this place. The staff is always so amazingly kind, the food is always fantastic, they always remember me and my partner when we come in and give us free soup, and I have never had anything less than an amazing meal every time I’ve come in. Their malai kofta is delicious, and so is their aloo tikki chaat. Another plus side is that they don’t charge extra for rice! I will always always recommend this place ☺️Vegetarian options: Pretty much anything can be substituted with paneer or potatoes, and a lot of the options can be made vegan as well! They have a HUGE vegetarian selection.“

“Some of the best Indian food I've had. The chicken marsala is delicious and it comes with naan, but I substitute my naan for garlic naan since I like that a little bit more. The rice is great too! There was a line when I was there but it moves fast and the food comes out quickly to! I only waited for a few minutes, definitely less than 5 minutes. If you work near here and are able to stop here for lunch you won't miss out! Also they accept cards which is great since I was assuming they were cash only, but they aren't! “Had a great time visiting India's Castle. They were very quick and accommodating to our larger group. I like that they offer spice levels on all menu items, even the ones which are typically not spicy, always a nice touch. The manager was also very kind and offered us all portions of rice pudding at the end of the meal. My only gripe was the loud atmosphere, how the Naan bread was a little more towards the overcooked side than I'd like, and how pushy they were about appetizers.“
