The food was incredible and the staff was lovely. I highly recommend The Flaming Grill the next time you're in Downtown for dinner. Just fantastic!

The Flaming Grill - Indian Fusion in downtown Denver serves Indian food that many describe as the best they have ever had. The biryani and tikka masala are excellent, and the chicken tikka masala stands out as a favorite. The menu is huge, with biryani, curry, naan, samosas, fries, and choc buttercream cake. Everything is so delicious. The biryani is layered and complex with huge flavor, the cocktail samosas have great flavor, the fries are delicious, and the choc buttercream cake is so super moist with tiny crunchy chocolate balls in and on top of it for fabulous texture, while the buttercream is out of this world. The Kadai Chicken is amazing, and the samosas are delicious. The food is outstanding, and the absolute freshness can be tasted in every single bite. The restaurant sticks to true, authentic ways of cooking without taking any modern shortcuts. The staff are friendly and helpful, with great suggestions, and the service is quick and attentive. The atmosphere is fresh, lively, comforting, and comfortable. Guests are treated like family, and the staff check on them several times. Many cannot wait to go back to try the homemade desserts and many more dishes.
