JAWS sushi is a favorite among locals, known for serving consistently fresh and delicious food. The menu features popular items like the Kim K, Philly Roll, and Colorado Crunch roll, along with other favorites such as the dynamite bowl and a large sushi combo that many find outstanding. This cozy, eclectic spot near the University takes gluten-free dietary restrictions seriously, providing gluten-free soy sauce and careful food preparation. The friendly and helpful staff, including Chris and Summer, make newcomers feel welcome and assist with menu recommendations. Despite the occasional wait, especially during peak times, the food is always worth it, with many praising the flavors from the miso soup to the rolls. The atmosphere is unique, and parking is usually available, making JAWS sushi a worthwhile experience for anyone looking for a comfy sushi stop.
