Canola oil, nuff said. If you're going to charge higher prices, you should use quality ingredients and frying in Canola oil is the cheapest of the cheap. Buffalo Wild wings uses beef tallow at least but I expected a smaller place to use better ingredients than a big corporate chain.

Always love stopping in at Jim’s wings when we’re in the area! Killer wings and the service is always great. I usually buy a few sauces to bring home and enjoy! Highly recommend!
Very expensive food for what you get. My girlfriend and I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich, Buffalo chicken wrap, and 15 wings with hot sauce. Nothing had any sauce on it. It seems like the only sauce the wings had was grease. Everything was super dry. Take your money elsewhere.

I really like Jims wings I’ve been going there for many years. They’ve survived a lot of competitors. The quality is always excellent and the service can’t be beat. We enjoy the wings flavor of the month. I will always continue to support them.

I grew up down the street from Jim's and haven't been in in about 10 years. The wings were pretty good. I would say Wing Shack taste closer to what I remember. The beer battered zucchini changed and have a thicker batter and thinner zucchini. That was 90% the reason I came by. Also the ranch is thicker.
Still good, but I live in Johnstown now and will probably stick with Wing Shack. Jim's was always my favorite.
