“While I was finishing my meal, I noticed Leo cleaning the lobby. I was playing on my phone and taking my time. Leo didn’t mind and made his way around me. After I was finished, he noticed I was done and asked if he could remove my trash and take my tray. I agreed. He thanked me for visiting and encouraged me to come back and visit again soon. He wished me a good day and sent me out with a smile.
Man!! 🤯 No one ever takes time to appreciate customers anymore. I was thoroughly impressed by this guys hospitality skills.
Here’s the kicker, I used to manage KFC for KBP. So, I’m super observant when it comes to things like this. I’m glad I stopped in. This guy made my visit enjoyable.“
“I swear this place price gouges somehow, I've never paid so much for KFC or Taco Bell as I have here it's unbelievable sometimes. The food is good tho so just be careful. You won't get any extra sauces but you'll have a big pile of napkins here 4/5“
