KFC in Denver

“They cancelled my online order with no explanation. When I called both the store and customer service I received the worst customer service I have ever received. What the hell are 500 points going to do me when I needed our dinner not points“

“I stopped by this KFC last night to pick up my dinner since I was staying at the hotel across the street. I used the KFC app to order the spicy chicken combo with fries and a drink. I walked to the store to pick up my order. This KFC I think share the store with A&W because there a sign on the building there but I didn't see any menu for them

My order was ready by the time I arrived to the store. They give me my cup to fill up my own drink and the cup had the A&W logo on it. The inside of this KFC is nice and there was no other guest dining inside.

My spicy chicken sandwich was delicious and I thought the fries were fine. I haven't had KFC in a while but I had a good experience.“

“This is an interesting KFC with a Taco Bell. Taco and Chicken. Hmmm. Lol. With that said

This store is decent for what it is. The employees are decent and courteous. Food is good. My only ding here is the location which is a high crime area and is why I never go there that often.

“This is one of the best KFC's in my opinion. Staff were super polite and helpful. I was missing 2 macs and gravy when I had mentioned it to the young man working I forsure thought I was going to get attitude but no. Him and the other staff were very polite. Thank you for having good customer service. Food was good!“

“I had been to this location before, it's on my way home. I try to take advantage of the 8 piece for $10 Tuesdays. 1st time I did this was in December. terrible experience. No chicken ready, and after the 30 min wait, they gave me 3 wings in the bucket. I decided to try again just this last Tuesday, and had a completely different experience. Gal at the order was very nice, and chicken was hot and ready. This time all thighs and drumsticks as advertised. I wanted tenders and chicken mix, she said they can't do that, so I bought 2 buckets. Chicken for me, tenders for girlfriend. Manager was very nice and vocal, was in and out in 5 mins. If you haven't tried the 8 piece Tuesdays for $10 I recommend you try. Regular price for 8 piece chicken only, $29. So a great deal. Made mashed potatoes and gravy and corn at home to go with. Chicken made 2 dinners, tenders made lunch sandwiches. Perfect“

“I had a long layover in Denver and had time to kill and my stomach reminding me it was time to eat, I stopped by the KFC counter and ordered up a KFC bowl. I was greeted by a friendly employee. I received my order fast, thanked them and was on my way. It was piping hot and delicious. It came with a drink as well and although a little pricey, which I expect at any airport, satisfied my appetite and quenched my thirst. The area of the airport reserved for seating was a short walk away and the tables and seats were cleaned frequently. Overall, it was a nice experience, much better than the last brick and mortar location I went to, with the service being both enthusiastic and fast, and the food being like I'd remembered from before my last couple of visits to other locations.“

“KFC/AW was great. The people working were super nice. They helped me get what I wanted. They were very kind. They let me buy the last 2023 AW glass mug that was on the counter display. Which I thought also was really nice of them. They did not have to do that. Great customer service.“
