Terry not only showed patience aand understanding as I picked through the menu to satisfy my specific wants he made sure that I had everything I would need. He even delivered som wet naps to my table. Very happy and very full. Thanks, Terry!“

This review is a special one for me because this KFC location has been part of my life since childhood. It holds a lot of memories, especially since my oldest daughter worked here for 3½ years through high school and did very well for herself, matter fact a manager she worked with is still at this location.
Over time, I’ve gotten to know Mrs. Valentinee, mostly through phone calls, and she consistently brings the best energy. She is always helpful, patient, and understanding, with a genuinely positive spirit that stands out.
I keep my order simple plain hot wings, plenty of KFC hot sauce packets, and wedges but I always call before or right after placing my order to request everything fresh and I can honestly say, it’s very noticeable when Mrs. Valentinee is not there. For example, I called five times yesterday with no answer. Today (03/23/2026), she answered on the third ring, remembered me immediately, and knew exactly what I needed. That level of attentiveness is rare.
Mrs. Valentinee is truly a great person, and experiences like this are why I will continue to leave reviews in recognition of her excellent service.“
