“This was my 2nd time at this location. I went through the drive thru. I wish I had got the name of the young man working the window (9/24 at 11:20am). He was very nice and personable! This was by far the best customer service I have ever had at a KFC.
The food was also good and fresh. I will return to this location.“

Today, SUSIE...working the drive up window was so genuine, attentive, spot on with all the promotions...
Her standard of customer service is what is revitalized this KFC location.
Foods good...but now I hold this location to Susie's standard.
