Fantastic restaurant. I really enjoyed this cuisine experience. If you haven't tried Ethiopian food before this is a great place to have your first taste. The staff were friendly and quick and the owner has some sass, so be prepared for some jokes and banter. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here.
Please eat here! This place is too good to be as slow as it is. I think Ethiopian food is intimidating to people because it's unfamiliar but this food is amazing and I already had to sacrifice my favorite menu item because business is too slow. Just order what is recommended by the waiter/waitress and for the love of God, get the traditional Ethiopian bread, you won't regret it if you like middle eastern/Indian food!

My first Ethiopian meal was exceptional. The proprietress chose and prepared a panoply of deliciousness that our small group devoured. She even spent some time chatting with us afterward and provided genuine Ethiopian candies as a parting treat. Visit this Fort Collins gem before it disappears.
