We have been dining at the Park Meadow location in LoneTree for a couple of years (about a total
of ten times) as we live about 30+ miles away. So it is always a time we look forward to. Our experience in efficient friendly staff and awesome food has always been excellent. This is definitely the Mexican restaurant you would take out of town guests to.
I love the Rio, I cannot wait for the Fort Collins location to reopen!
Never again! Sadly the teaspoon of green Chile waved over one end of my burrito was hardly noticeable and without flavor, the little bits of meat in the burrito had a Taco Bell quality at best, and their melted cheese on top was one slight grade above Casa Bonita’s glutinous glob most wish they’d never met. The chips were second rate at best served with a hot red salsa that had little taste other than spice
