The bagels are quite good and reasonably priced. The flavored cream cheese options are my favorite thing about this place. The atmosphere is dated but that doesn’t bother me because I only ever carry out. The one area needing major improvement is service. They seem very disorganized and inefficient. About 2 months ago, I went on a Sunday waited over 15 minutes behind people ordering sandwiches, and they just seemed very disjointed and inefficient preparing everything. I was...

I was going to place an order through toast, but there are no descriptions for the sandwiches. Not a biggie, I looked them up online, but then add ons only allowed me to select a bunch of items at once. These item clusters cut off before you can read all the options so I cannot see all I am selecting! Please fix this and I’m sure you’ll get more business!
