I Love Rush Bowls! I honestly have never had a bad experience there...ever! I enjoy the bowls but occasionally the smoothie recommendations are great too! Today I went in complaining of a headache and explained what I wanted and the lovely gal working helped me pick out the perfect drink! Then she went above and beyond and suggested I step outside so the blending didn't exacerbate my headache more. I will always support local businesses over other places and the customer service like that is one of the main reasons why! If your looking at places to go for a quick, tasty, and healthy pick me up, I definitely recommend Rush Bowls!

I went in the other day for the first time and I was so excited to try a new smoothie place! Amma recommended the peach pump to me and was super sweet and fast paced. The peach pump was everything I needed and was DELICIOUS! Will definitely be returning!

The employees here literally ignored me for about 10 minutes as i waited at the counter to order. I received no help and this is some of the worst customer service i’ve ever seen. I was the only customer in the store with two workers. Do better.

I spent $340 with Rush Bowls yesterday for a 25 person meeting at 10:15. I had ezcater call and ask that it be delivered no earlier than 10:15 and if it could be pushed to 10:20. They agreed and that they were running late anyway. A few minutes later, I received a text that the order was on the way, which made it 20 minutes early, the exact opposite of what I asked and they agreed to. Having it arrive at my clients office before I was physically there caused a huge inconvenience, along with the smoothies being melted down by the time the meeting started.

Went on a whim and it’s the best smoothie place I’ve been to in years. They’re so sweet and spend the time to walk through options to fit needs/wants. And the texture/consistency of the actual smoothie is extremely velvety and balanced. I don’t know what they’re doing differently but damn, I’ve never had a smoothie like that.
The smoothie looks beautiful but it's inedible. It's thick and chalky and unpleasant to drink. it also costs 12.29 including tip which is CRAZY. would not reccomend for anyone who wants a treat or a pick me up. overall a huge disappointment :(

By far best place in Fort Collins and surrounding areas for an açaí bowl. The other Rush Bowl near harmony is average at best but this place is excellent. Great service, the people working there are great, friendly and accommodating to any substitutes in any of the bowls. Shout out to the young lad working there recently, never caught his name last two times I’ve been in but he’s super customer service skills.
