I don't reach out with restaurant feedback frequently but as a relocated Texas BBQ fan I felt a sense of duty to communicate my experience. I went to the Fort Collins location on my birthday after a long hike with a massive appetite for a pile of smoked meats. Unfortunately, the meal was very disappointing.
Brisket - this was sliced about an inch thick and with the grain. Definitely a first for me to order 1/2lb of brisket and receive only one slice. This was inedible...read full review
