First time experiencing Sunny sky pie's after hearing everyone talk about it, it was amazing. Best GF pie and pie I've had in a very long time. The owner is awesome as well! Highly recommend you try their pies
We originally tried the brown butter pecan pie for Christmas and it was amazing. Yesterday we came and tried the Kailua brownie, banana cream, apple crisp and the hand pie. Everything was incredible and I’m so sad I can’t have the brownie pie everyday!! Erin is also the sweetest!
Erin the owner and baker, is a such a great person and artist with her pies. She always produces great work and I always recommend their pies to friends and family. BEST BANANA CREAM PIE I’VE EVER HAD. But any pie is a good choice, I have never been disappointed. They are my favorite food truck during the Fort Collins food truck rally and I always save room for dessert. Sunny Sky Pies has wonderful service and delicious pies. Many say they are the best pies in town. First-timers find them amazing, including the best GF pie. It is easy to order pies via phone, with lots of unique and classic flavor options. The owner is awesome, super nice, and personable. The grasshopper pie and kahula chocolate pie are very sweet and rich desserts that were well-enjoyed. The Coconut cream was the best thing ever eaten, not too sweet, with lovely pastry and whipped cream. The biscuits and gravy are the best, with flaky biscuits and out of this world gravy with a lot of sausage. The pies are to die for, never too sweet, but just right. All of the pies are wonderful.
