Easily the best birria tacos in Fort Collins. Their salsa bar is also the bomb…my favorites are the hot beer salsa and the mild avocado. They also carry the usual beers and have great service.
Luis was our waiter and was awesome he was polite courteous and funny. We had our appetizer super quick and then the main course right after. He came to check on our table constantly making sure we didn’t need anything had our cups refilled all the time. Very nice place to come to and all of the food was great had flavor perfect seasoning.
OMG Soooooo good!! Stopped in for a quick lunch and were unexpectedly blown away by how good the food was! Delicious salsas from the salsa bar and we shared a Quesadilla birria, which was so big we had leftovers to take home. Louis, the new owner, was so friendly and his food is phenomenal!
