One of the best Korean and Japanese restaurants in town. The owner (and head chef) is very kind. I am vegetarian, but miss eating bulgogi. I asked if it was possible to add the bulgogi sauce over some tofu. Usually this wouldn't be possible as bulgogi is more of a slow marinade. The owner made it work, and was able to honor my request. When I wasn't a vegetarian, their sushi and Korean food are also very very good. I hope that the owner adds more vegetarian options in...
Absolutely amazing sushi. I've rode past this in my King Sooper's Plaza so many times and never went in. I'm told it's under new ownership, and it's obvious they are making huge improvements.
We had a fabulous experience with White Tree last week! We didn't realize the crew took a lunch break and arrived right after they were supposed to be closed for lunch. They took us in anyway and made the most delicious rolls (their new chef's menu is YUM), reassuring us not to rush or feel bad about it. Such kind service and, of course, delish sushi.
