This small shop was delicious. The service was great and it was popular! Everyone in my party of 7 left full and satisfied with their orders. Every tint came out correctly, temperature correct and in a timely manner. We are from out of state, but I will come back and recommend it to people!
Lunch: Delicious sushi and sweet potato light tempera fries. The miso soup had great flavor, with tofu and diced scallion (just a tiny bit too salty). The chef, staff, owner? were kind and helpful. The inside of this restaurant is quite lovely. I am very happy that I decided to try this establishment.
Best SUSHI in Fort Collins! There are several choices near and around town, some with a cult-like following, trust and travel a couple blocks west, it will be well worth it! Best quality cutlets with a great view of the master chefs, and the presentation is immaculate! Located in a strip area, once inside the decor is artistically inviting with a warm, calm, and pleasing ambiance. The house sake is offered warmed or chilled, with several additional offerings to please any taste....
