We have been to the Santiago's in Brighton and Fort Lupton and knew what the food would be. It was as expected and very good. The location is simple and clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive with quick and accurate service. We will return there when we are in the area again.
Waiter was very friendly and was willing to help us out while we were doing our word search. As far as the food, well it was quite disemboweling. It came out looking rather soupy and not appetizing in the slightest. Yet my business associate and I charged through with the mightiest of courage to face the dank burritos. Pretty good and solid Mexican food place here. The burger taco looks really interesting but the beef burrito with the green Chile sauce (deluxe) was superb! The salsa was very nicely put together. All in all the food was really good! The staff was quick and friendly and very attentive. The place is decorated well, lit and airy atmosphere with cleanliness at the top of their list. Go give them a shot!
