the owner russ was completely demeaning and rude in an interview I did with him asking a bunch of personal and unnecessary things that didn't involve the job at all trying to intimate me because I'm young and had been out of work for a while never in a million years will I get to his age and pick on someone as young as myself trying to make a living in these days and age. Everybody deserves a chance regardless of where they are in life. thanks
