“My friend lost her father unexpectedly and asked that for his birthday we order a coffee with his name to keep his memory alive. I asked Tikia(sp?) to do this and she absolutely went above and beyond and it truly made my friends day. I come here every week with my bestie and we always have a great experience but today left me with an extra special amount of gratitude.
