The young man with the curly hair and glasses running around on BOGO blizzard day and training was working his butt off! He absolutely needs a raise, Pronto! More than a 50 cent raise too! He was helping everyone in every direction, sweating his butt off and just working very hard to help anyone in his path. He was apologetic for the long wait and teaching new hires well. Staff was fine but the wait was ridiculous and the price for ice cream is way too much now.
It was a pretty hefty late night rush and everyone was working hard, but Steve who helped us made the slight wait worth it. He was attentive, polite, and was just overall pleasant to be served by. He even brought our cake to us after eating in with perfect timing. He had a great attitude!

Many find that inside service is quicker and more convenient, as the drive-thru often takes at least 30 minutes during busy times. Although the food usually turns out right and ice cream orders are correct, customers mention that the restaurant is often slow and crowded, possibly due to being understaffed or because it’s the only ice cream shop nearby.
