“I really like the smoothies and smoothie bowls. So happy when a smoothie place opened around here. And they have plant based protein ❤️However, two times when I've ordered delivery I don't get my whole order. It's usually the bowls that get missed. I think it's because they are kept in a different spot from the smoothie? I'm not sure. I've been told the bowls didn't get handed off to the driver - not sure why. And I know this could be an issue with the delivery service, but I ultimately have to go pick up my bowl whenever I can to get them. Sort of defeats getting and paying for delivery.“
“Omg wish I knew about this place sooner ! Some of the best boba tea I've ever had. I got the Honey Oolong flavor and it was heavenly. Great customer service & menu. The only thing I didn't like is they make you pay for dipping sauces when it should be free.“
“Very cool place to come for healthy and delicious smoothies in Colorado Springs. Courteous staff and prompt service. I had no idea this place was here and I feel like I’ve been missing out. They do aerobics classes and zoomba as well. Ver pleasant atmosphere with lovely people. Well worth the visit, will definitely come back.“
“Fast service, extremely friendly and easy to accommodate my lack of menu knowledge. I let her know what I was looking for and she whipped it right up! I’m so happy they are back!Kid-friendliness: They allowed my daughter to be the one paying and we’re VERY patient ?“
“Rush bowls is not only delicious and healthy but the employees make it that much better! I am obsessed with the super protein smoothie, and the high tide bowl. Love that there is gluten free, and vegan options. There are so many options for everyone too. Lots of boosts to add into your smoothie or bowl to give you extra vitamins. The Rush bites are also super addicting. Super cute atmosphere and great service!!! Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: They have options for everyone. Dairy free milks like almond, coconut, oat, and soy. Or just do a juice base. You can get açaí, pitaya, or avocado instead of the froyo that’s in some of the bowls, or just add more fruit.Dietary restrictions: They have dairy free options, and gluten free options. No added sugars! And 4 different protein options, vanilla whey, chocolate whey, soy protein , and pea protein.Parking: Inside creek walk so there is a huge parking lot for all of the business there.Kid-friendliness: Super family friendly, also doggy friendly!! They have a dog bowl with water in it for anyone who has a dog that wants to visit.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or steps. Easy access into the building and staff will help with anything you need!“
“Good smoothies and sweet side dishes. Smoothies can go from super healthy to decadent, sweet and savory. The people are attentive and always working, and the shop is efficient in its use. The only drawbacks for me are: 1) not ALL their smoothie flavors are up on the screen and sometimes have to ask if they still do a particular favorite from the past (ex. Dragon Fire, the one with cayenne pepper), 2) not enough seating or out of the way space if they get hit with more than 6 people, and 3) prices are a bit steep ($8.79 for a medium smoothie with no extras); HOWEVER, everyone of similar business is just the same, so....I still go here as the location is convenient within the Southgate Plaza, and between World Arena area and home near 8th.“
“I'd rather get something from here than Starbucks. I'm also not much of a coffee guy but I like the Blended Rebels. They have a window, some tables and a small parking area out front if you want to get out and order. They also have a duel-laned drive-thru that zippers towards the back drive-thru window. They are usually pretty busy most times I'm ever nearby but when you're craving a refreshing caffeinated drink, it's usually worth the wait.“
