“I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Piper Howell at McDonald’s. From the moment I walked in, Piper was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell she truly cares about her job and the people she’s serving.
She went above and beyond to make sure everything was right with my order, and her positive attitude honestly made my whole day better. It’s not every day you come across someone who puts that much effort into customer service, especially in a fast-paced environment.
