“Absolutely the best Mexican food in Colorado! Stopped at their new location on Sinton Rd and it was delicious. The owner and his son were extremely nice and everyone was friendly and very welcoming. The carne asada was mouth watering delicious and the seafood chimichanga was amazing. We had the fried ice cream for dessert and it was melt in your mouth satisfying. We will definitely be going back as often as we can!!“

“It has been a long time since we have had such a warm welcome and service that Alex provided. That was only exceeded by mouth watering Salmon, Chicken Marsala and wine. Just does not get any better.“

“Highly recommend the Mac N Cheese, and the catfish. Next time I go I'll try more. Food was great, tasted deliciously fresh and home made. Large portions too.“

“great service and delicious food“
“Food was really good. Apparently they have live music so if you're into loud live music it's great for that, but it was getting a little loud for my taste so I raided the atmosphere at 4/5 stars, had the music not been so loud it was making my ears ring, I would have given it 5/5 for the atmosphere but I definitely give the food and service 5 stars with an overall rating of 5 which I rounded up to the nearest number but realistically I would say 4.67/5 stars.“

“Had a great experience at Coal Mine Dragon! There was a small mix-up on our bill, and Ruth — who is the new owner — was incredibly kind and took care of it right away. She even brought us a complimentary dessert to make sure we left happy. Wonderful service and a warm atmosphere. Excited to come back and support this place!“
