“I just have to rave about our experience at Eddie V’s. From the moment we walked in, the service was just next level, honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. Everyone was so kind, genuine, and super attentive all evening. The atmosphere was gorgeous, and every single bite of food was out of this world, we had the Tuna tartare, African lobster tails and Fillet. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they made us feel like family. I have to give a huge shout-out to our waiter Allen, he was absolutely phenomenal. “First of all, not a dine-in place. All delivery or carry-out, just a counter with a small busy kitchen behind it, older Asian men talking to each other as they cook it up back there, and cranking out only deliciousness for the last 40 years (Its on the site)!!
It's all good, truly, but I think their Pork fried rice is the best in town. Ask for it in the cardboard carton so it stays hot longer!!“

The tortilla soup was filled with so many delicious ingredients, perfectly balanced spices, and the presentation was perfect. The taco selections were glorious. Crispy exterior corn tortillas, rich with flavors inside! Tender beef, chicken, savory cheese selections. Truly Baja style tacos!!! The churros were stellar. Homemade vanilla enhanced batter, perfectly fried… premium cinnamon and sugar lightly dusted outside, served with warm carmel and chocolate sauces. This place is the most hidden, beautiful gem in the North Thornton/ Westminster/Northglenn area. Gorgeous Interior and seating areas. Very upscale feeling. Perfect meal.“

“A Denver classic. Some may say it's a dive bar and they are not far of, but wouldn't put in the dive bar category. Food is all around solid with a wide variety of choices and comes out quick. Big cold beers, full bar, pool and shuffle board available. Service is always prompt and friendly. Stop in.“

“One of the more enjoyable restaurants with authentic tasting Mexican food that I’ve eaten at in quite some time.
Had the taco salad with grilled chicken which tasted fresh and delicious, and also really enjoyed the chips and salsa that’s put out. They also make a habanero salsa that’s quite spicy and very flavorful.
The service is attentive and charming, and I look forward to returning and trying other dishes.“
