Reckless Brewing Company is a great place with excellent beer and amazing food. The service is friendly and stellar, and the staff is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu. The beer is delicious, with a sour brew and a pickle beer that is like drinking straight pickle juice in the best way possible. They also make their own Root Beer, which is great. The food is superb, top shelf, and prepared to perfection. The wings are some of the best, fall off the bone good. The dishes are plentiful. There is a dog friendly patio which is covered out front. Live music from a kickin' band adds to the night. It gets busy sometimes but it's never too slow and it's always worth it. Easily one of the overall best places to eat and drink in CO.
