“We enjoyed our waffle cones with ice cream - oh nuts (peanut butter yumminess) and oatmeal cookie flavors. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. It’s fairly busy with lots of people enjoying ice cream on Wednesday afternoon!“

“We have purchased several icecream cakes from Kaleidoscoops for our kids’ birthdays over the years, both specially made and from the freezer. They are delicious and adorable EVERY TIME, and always with the best customer service in the process. This week they blew our family away with what we thought was an over the top design request from our seven year old- rainbow unicorn. The end result was incredible, and they were even flexible and friendly in extending our pickup day. “By comparison to other national franchise fast food options, this really is about as good as it gets, hence the five star rating.
Burgers are tasty and fresh. Fries are crinkle cut which is not my favorite thing, but they're ok. Onion rings are the way to go - they're excellent!
Lots of sauce choices, pretty good shakes and ice creams. They have fish and chips too, one of my favorite indulgences, and I very much enjoyed mine- crispy batter and generous sized chunks of cod.
Staff has always been cheerful and obliging and it's nice to be able to take a table and have the order delivered instead of standing around waiting ar the counter .
Place is spotlessly clean, booth seating is very comfortable and the atmosphere is quite pleasant.

Only issue I have is that there's no tip jar for the staff. They've always been good enough on all our visits to deserve a bit extra (let's get real, it's not like fast food employees make a bunch of money in wages, and it's hard work when the place is busy) and it's a shame the owners don't make provision for happy customers to reward the staff directly.“
