“My first time going in was March 9th. Just this past Monday, it was my birthday an I couldn't believe. The manager gave me a dz cookies to try. I have never had that happen before. Absolutely amazing experience, I will be coming back. I hope everyone goes an check them out if you haven't already.“

“We are so happy to have found TropiTai Delights. We had a bing-su style place in the DFW area we frequented, and we were not able to satisfy our bing-su cravings until we found TropiTai Delights and their wonderful Taiwanese shaved ice. The shaved ice is always flavorful. The classic malasadas are very delicious as well. We would 100% recommend anyone to come here and try their shaved ice and have a malasadas while they wait.“

I placed a delivery order through the Crumbl app as a surprise for my brother, but unfortunately, it never arrived (driver stole it)!. I called the store and Sean handled the issue with incredible care and went above and beyond to quickly resolve whatever he could to have it redelivered and was kind enough to call me with updates when the new driver came. His professional and over the top customer service should definitely be recognized. Thanks again!“

“I love Crumbl cookies they are really well-made. I'm not sure healthy for you, but they taste amazing but this specific location does not have the nicest people, but they're not mean either. They're just not personable which I'm not expecting“
