Bad. Not deserving of 1 star because the service is okay. Breakfast is repetitive, but there are usually good omelets. The best option for lunch is usually the custom sandwich line. Usually good meat & potatoes style dinners. All the food is cooked well, it's just hard to make good food with bad ingredients.
As a Mines alumnus [four year BS and 3.5 year PhD, I've had some time here], I've found Sodexo to be the foulest part of the entire Mines experience. However, the amazing people in food service make it worth it. Sodexo deserves all of the hate it gets (and the reason this rating it so low), but the staff are five stars easily.

Interesting decor and obvious delicacies await you. What awaited me was a very intimidating interview by a middle Eastern chef, that I obviously bombed. As a lifetime cook I should've known the things he asked but I digress, I was intimidated to say the least?????
