Highlands Distillery Reviews
Such a wonderful place to hang out and have a drink! The cocktails were some of the best I've ever had and the bartender and the rest of the staff were super nice! The patio is so unique and cool, I could have sat there all night! I absolutely love this place and can't wait to visit again!
Served a refreshing, not too sweet, lavender mule with cheese and crackers. The crackers were really good and gluten free. We finished with lavender ice cream which was marvelous. Took home a cookie ice cream sandwich, also gluten free. It was great the next day.
Fun spot. Drinks were really good and the pizza was delicious. Prices were reasonable. We will definitely go back.

Highlands Distillery offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with a focus on exceptional cocktails that can be tasted before ordering. The outdoor patio, located next to a lavender farm, features a yurt for drinks and a food truck, creating a relaxed setting for guests. The outdoor space is perfect for date nights or evenings with friends, complete with fire pits for chilly nights and outdoor games that keep kids entertained. The staff is warm, welcoming, and attentive, providing treats for dogs and ensuring excellent service. The distillery's design is stunning, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options. The drinks, including favorites like old fashion and whipped painkiller, are a highlight, and the bartender's passion for mixed drinks shines through. The delicious food, especially the pizzas such as pastrami pizza and the Salt & Vinegar chips, offers great value for the quality. All distilled spirits can be sampled for free, making Highlands Distillery a highly recommended spot for a fun and flavorful experience.
