Shane (and his mustache) and the Manager on Duty were delightful and incredibly patient with us (we were not nearly as prepared to order as we thought we were).
Generally, when ordering inside, I feel like you’re expected to use the kiosks, and trying to order at the counter is either impossible or you’re made to feel like a hindrance or burden by whoever happened to accidentally make eye contact with you from the kitchen.

This McDonalds is struggling with service. Many times I have waited for food at the drive thru and sometimes the burgers are ok, sometimes they are not. I use the other locations honestly.
