There was a sign that said if you upgrade your meal you get a Moana cup. So when asked if I wanted to upgrade our meals I said yes and then they refused to give me a Moana cup because they rang it up wrong or something. An upgrade is an upgrade. They were unwilling to do anything to fix it. The only reason I upgraded was to get the Moana cups. Food was okay but I only got a sprinkle of lettuce on my salad. 🥗
I ordered ahead and they took their time and made an amazing sandwich! Good to the last bite!
