Crystal was wonderful to work with - she was very kind, knowledgeable, and flexible. The bartenders, Evan and Brigitte, were friendly and provided excellent service. They pulled off a sparkling wine pour for our guests (alcoholic as well as NA) before speeches and served up delicious specialty cocktails, beer, wine, as well as sodas, tea, and lemonade all evening. I don’t think we ran out of anything, which was my main concern, so in my eyes working with Fishers was a total success. We are so grateful - thank you, Fishers team!“

“One and only Port wine winery in Colorado. We tried 4 different Port 2006,2007,2008 and white port. Interesting taste profile among those 3 vintages we end up getting 2006 and 2008. 2006 is award winning but 2008 has nice spiciness and sweetness which we loved. If you go to Palisade you must stop there and try their port. Small family owned vineyard and dog friendly.“
