The food is way overpriced for how bad it is

Nice place. Staff was super helpful at the counter however food was reheated and disappointing. Very over priced. 60.00 for 3 breakfast plates and 2 coffees.

People were great and friendly. The place looked compelling and has lots of souvenirs to shop while you wait. The food was honestly worst I’ve ever had. The avocado toast was two slices of thin what looked like store bought bread, with a thin layer of avocado spread that was just a spread, not guacamole (tasted store bought) - I couldn’t even eat a quarter of it. and then the chicken chorizo burrito was smaller than a Taco Bell burrito. There’s better places to get burritos and breakfast in grand lake. We got two meals and two coffees and paid $50 for subpar food. It it had been priced less I wouldn’t be compelled to write this review but people should know before they spend a lot of money on subpar food.

The food was microwaved and very greasy… we went because the prices online were reasonable but in person we paid $57 for food we basically threw away. i would not recommend. the servers were nice though!

Rude owner/lady at the counter. They only want your money and very ungrateful, miserable people. Better coffee and attitudes at “Jumpstart coffee shop” down the street. I would never come back to this place.

Money grab. Hotel food served on a paper plate for $17.

If I wanted to eat a motel breakfast, I could have done that for free. Not for $50.

This was the biggest disappointment of our entire trip. Went here to have a nice breakfast but ended up paying $53.00 for what we could have had for free at our hotel. No flavor food, microwaved sausage with nasty grease bubbling on it served on paper plates and plastic forks. The coffee was good. I would not recommend eating breakfast here. If your hotel has breakfast eat there it will be much better without the luxury price tag!

Their panini was really good. Crispy, and with good ingredients. Sadly it was quite pricey. Prices have nearly doubled in the last 4 years.

After coming to The Hub for years I finally am compelled to write this review. Today 8 of our family went there for coffee drinks. We sat at a table drinking our coffee playing a game. The owner was cleaning & opened both doors, leaving them open. It’s the end of December with the frigid cold. Another customer asked to close the door. The owner responded that the shop closed at 3:00. It was 3:05. There is no excuse for rudeness to paying customers. A kind word saying they were closing & could we please leave in the next 10 minutes would be sufficient. Correct me if I am wrong but I have been taught to respect customers who were paying me money and that the customer is always right.

I ordered a latte with one pump of vanilla and was given one with three. When I asked to have it remade correctly, I was told they couldn’t fix their own mistake because their boss doesn’t allow it. I’ve never experienced a place refusing to correct an error, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning
