Do yourself a favor and make your way to the Hub in downtown Grand Lake for breakfast! The sausage breakfast burritos and the bagel sandwiches were *top notch* but the avocado toast was a little weak (thin bread and it was more of an avocado spread vs avocado chunks).
The hub offers counter service, with lots of merchandise to browse while you wait in line. The staff was super courteous and brings your food to your table. The creamer/drip coffee bar was really well stocked with honey and jams! Bathrooms were clean and well stocked.
One note, there is a floor level shelf in the line that is really easy to cut your foot on.

Very convenient spot. Opens early. Is the only coffee and breakfast spot in grand lake that opens up at 6/6:30. However they always have just one employee. For everything. Taking orders, coffee, making food, it all.
It’s sad but causes a lot of frustrated employees because you have to wait so long for anything.
They take all people in line orders and then get to making the coffee or food. Please get more employees. grand lake is begging you.

We ordered the scramble expecting a fresh, hearty bowl. Instead, we were served instant scrambled eggs, a frozen hash brown patty, soggy bacon, and cheap white toast. The meal was $15, but the quality was closer to a free hotel breakfast—one you’d second-guess eating. Very disappointing for the price. The only thing I would order here again is the coffee.

We ordered the scramble expecting a fresh, hearty bowl. Instead, we were served instant scrambled eggs, a frozen hash brown patty, soggy bacon, and cheap white toast. The meal was $15, but the quality was closer to an $8 hotel breakfast—one you’d second-guess eating. Very disappointing for the price. The only thing I would order here again is the coffee.
Good, really good place to get a nice breakfast and a good cup of coffee, lot of options and coffee flavors. Really recommend

Was hoping for something delightful here, but this is the $17 Continental breakfast we were served.

Do NOT eat here. Coffee was weak as well. Microwaved food, paper plates and plastic forks. This place is a money grab. Absolutely disgusting and so expensive.

I got an iced vanilla latte and the milk tasted sour, not sure if it was just the coffee though. The vibes are good and the scone I got was good but coffee was not it.

10/10 for the drinks ✨
10/10 for the staff; supper friendly attentive and welcoming.
3/10 for the food (at least the burritos) could be a bit bias as I’m Hispanic but the system would not let you mix ingredients which leads me to believe the burritos could be frozen. We got a potato/egg and a chorizo and chicken-Weird combo. The bagels and wraps could be a a different story!

Watch out for the manager here. They are happy to charge you for the wrong drink and not remake it and then argue with you about it. They will also go talk trash to their coworkers about it while you are still sitting there. It’s a shame that one person’s complete lack of customer service awareness can earn a poor review for a great small business.

Fantastic spot — the bakery is next-level and the coffee is just right. Cozy vibes, friendly staff, and everything tastes homemade (in the best way). A must-stop if you’re in Grand Lake.
