Traditional Italian style wood fired pizza in Grand Lake, Colorado! We loved the Firefly special, the Margarita, the Carnivore, and the Funghi pizzas we ordered. The gelato was also authentic and a refreshing treat for dessert! Owner Mark Consiglio makes the dough fresh in house and his lovely wife and children work in the restaurant! This is a truly special place-don’t miss out on your next trip to Grand Lake!!
Between the fresh ingredients and the crust, this pizza is simply amazing. Hands down the best pizza I've ever had. Seating area is nice and clean as well.
We lived in Italy for three years and we’ve never found pizza in the US as good as Italy…until now!! Best we’ve ever experienced outside of Naples and the Amalfi Coast. The crust, the sauce, the ingredients—amazing!! Welcome to Grand Lake! So glad you’re here!!!

Firefly Cantina is a wonderful place with great drinks and wonderful people. The cocktails are delicious, with favorites including the Pomegranate martini, the spicy margarita called The Firefly, the mule, the spicy cucumber mule, and the old fashioned. The service is fantastic, amazing, and exceptional, with the owner and bartender going above and beyond. They provide great customer service and are extremely friendly. It is perfect for sitting outside in the sunshine and the breeze. It is a great spot to stop before or during a theatre visit. The cocktails are not overly expensive. Guests loved it and plan to return.
