“I ordered a fall drink and a hot Chocolate for my little brother. Ruby was our barista, she engaged in conversation with me and my 5 year old talking machine 😂. He ended up dropping his drink so I went back to get him another and she offered to get it for free. I paid for it anyways but she was truly amazing. I 100% recommend Ruby and this Starbucks!“

“I usually don't care for Starbucks but my daughter really wanted to use her money and go there.We had the absolute best customer experience that we've had in just about any place of business in a very long time.The barista, Tim, was pleasant, happy, funny, and joyful. He gave each customer undivided attention, talked with them, and made the experience of buying a beverage feel like we were rock stars.I saw him with the people in line before us, as well as after us, and he treated customers of all ages and demographics the same as equally important and valued.Any business, who is fortunate to have employees like Tim represent them are providing customers a fantastic experience who will come back time and time again!My 14 year Old and I talked about what a treat it was to be around someone who spreads joy and lights up the world. Thank you Tim for providing an exceptional customer experience and brighten our day.? your enthusiasm and energy for life are contagious!“

“Wonderful little coffee shop. Didn’t expect to find so many vegan baked goods. Hadn’t had a cinnamon roll since before I was vegan and this one was absolutely delicious.“
