“Great little Mexican place. Was a group of 5 for work and it was delicious. Chips, salsa, shrimp tacos, fish tacos, breakfast burritos…everybody really enjoyed their food. I had the fish and shrimp tacos on flour tortillas and the fish was beer battered cod and it was superb! Would definitely come back and eat again.
Inside there are only 6-8 tables, so not really large if you have a big group.”

“Paco and crew did an outstanding job of catering for our daughter’s wedding. Fabulous appetizers and delicious street tacos for dinner. They were able to serve 90 people in 30 minutes. Quite impressive. Thanks for the amazing food and service!!!!”

“I think they just retrained and/or rehired the whole staff. I literally never leave reviews for fast food because I think they’re pointless, but I am shook. We’ve been going to this Taco Bell for years and they made our food perfect. 100% accurate to order and I’ve never had such beautiful Taco Bell. It took less than 10 minutes to get our food and the staff were nice. Whatever they just did worked very well, this Taco Bell must be protected at all costs, it is sacred now.”

“I was born and raised in KCMO, where BBQ is taken seriously. We have made it our mission to find the best BBQ in the Thornton/Denver area. We've gone to a lot of places, but lo and behold, the best BBQ came to us when we discovered this little gem of a food truck parked up the street from us. Everything we have had here has been top notch. The meats are infused with a wonderful smokey flavor, and seasoned/sauced perfectly. The beans are some of the best I have had. Mario is one of the nicest, friendliest people you could ever want to meet. If you're looking for some exceptional BBQ I highly recommend this truck.”

Every dish we’ve tried for more than a year has been richly flavored, well executed, and served at an ideal temperature. The husband & wife team who run the place are gifted chefs, as well as friendly, helpful, and very hard working, as is the rest of the small staff. This storefront restaurant has now become solidly and regularly very busy, which it well deserves. Try it, and try multiple dishes on and off the menu. These folks are running a top small restaurant, and their success is based on all the right things. Kudos to the Westminster Uncle Henry’s!”

Cindy needs to open a school on how to be a Great waitress. Nobody waited for anything. My coffee cup never got empty until I told her that I didn't need anymore.”
