“Cool little food truck, seems family-run and everyone is very nice. Maybe a little too expensive but the food has always been good and I love their green sauce! I usually get bean and cheese breakfast burritos but I like the quesadillas too, and a coworker says great things about the tortas. It's in a bit of a weird industrial area but I work nearby and all the construction workers seem to love it

PSA I typically eat vegetarian, but I have had the carne asada quesadilla in the past and it's very good”

“This is the best Subway in the Thornton/Reunion area. Josiah is a sandwich artist that goes above and beyond every single time. My husband and I have gone a few times and finally asked for his name since he is always working and helping us. He has incredible work ethic and is super respectful. We appreciate seeing him when we come in. And the perk is this location accepts coupons so we make the extra drive for everything I just stated. :)”

“I was born and raised in KCMO, where BBQ is taken seriously. We have made it our mission to find the best BBQ in the Thornton/Denver area. We've gone to a lot of places, but lo and behold, the best BBQ came to us when we discovered this little gem of a food truck parked up the street from us. Everything we have had here has been top notch. The meats are infused with a wonderful smokey flavor, and seasoned/sauced perfectly. The beans are some of the best I have had. Mario is one of the nicest, friendliest people you could ever want to meet. If you're looking for some exceptional BBQ I highly recommend this truck.”
