“Let me tell you all how amazing this food truck is, ok!?!?! I stopped by out of curiosity one Sunday morning and after that I was hooked!!! Every person that I've told about La Unica has happily come over to the wild side and never gone back 😂!! La Unica, you guys get ALL of the stars 🤩🤩🤩 because just 5 doesn't come close to how great you all are. From the food to the service, there aren't enough words to describe your awesome food!! You've won my loyalty and I will shout it from the mountain tops 😂😂. PLEASE don't ever go away! We love you 💙💙💙💙!! Everything is good here... EVERYTHING!!! You will not be disappointed with whatever choice you make. I will say however, that the ramen birria and the birria torta are my faves 🥰😍“

“This spot is literally a hidden gem.
This place is it. Literally a hole-in-the-wall food truck hidden away in Brighton, and honestly one of the best pupusa spots I’ve ever had. The pupusas are fire—perfectly crisp on the outside, melty and flavorful on the inside. But what took it to the next level was the curtido and salsa. The curtido was fresh, tangy, and just the right amount of crunch. And the salsa? So damn good I could drink it. Not watery, not too spicy—just packed with real flavor.
If you’re even thinking about trying it, do it. It’s that kind of place you want to gatekeep but can’t because everyone deserves this kind of food.“

“drove by and decided to get lunch here, pretty good sopes and tacos. They only sell the sopes in 3’s, fyi. I got 3 sopes, one taco, a soda for $17. The salsa on the side was bomb too. 4 stars only because they don’t have the prices on the menu items.“

“I've been here several times as my best friend is OBSESSED with their tacos. Meanwhile I've tried pretty much the whole menu at this point and decided the Chile Relleno was my number one favorite! However, everything has been quite tasty and well-made, so you really can't go wrong. I appreciate that they give you very large portions.“

“La Callejera was at my store today. It was phenomenal! Chris covered a last minute cancelation for us. We were hosting a customer appreciation event and had a last minute cancellation. Chris had less than an hour to get ready and came through to help us out. 10/10, amazing tacos and the churros were out of this world“

“We met some friends for dinner outside at Simply pizza at the Run Westy Run Food Truck Park. It’s awesome pizza! We ordered four different pizzas and they were all delicious. The kids ran around and played the outdoor games while while we listened to music and enjoyed our pizza. It was awesome! Highly recommend, but kinda want it to stay a hidden gem.“

“Family owned, very nice people. The food is delicious. Best Torta I’ve found in Denver. Toppings for tacos are just cilantro and onions. Simple but amazingly delicious. Tortas are LOADED! Can even have guacamole on them. We’ve also tried the chilli fries but didn’t get to take a before photo. It was pretty much devoured before we were able to snap a pic. Must visit. They are parked outside of El Canton Cantina on Pecos St.“

“After 100 mas o menos taco trucks in Colorado, I found the best. Flavor was great. Not too oily. Served with a little green salad and fruit with a little spice. The truck itself is cool because of the logo. The drink was great and had fresh fruit. It’s a shame that I’m moving away from Denver. I found this on my last night when I was clearing out a storage unit for my move. The owner is sweet. I’ve never left a review for food before. It was such a nice surprise that it made me not want to leave Denver.“

“Ordered the quesatacos and chicken quesadilla. Well worth the price but with both it was 31$.
They have covering for if you would like to eat there and good music playing for vibes. Definitely on my recommendation list and will return.
The ladies taking orders were very helpful and helped me order the right thing (i ordered harina pero queria maiz). Great spot in brighton and parking is available.“
