“My daughter wrote on her school paper that Tokyo Joes a was her favorite restaurant when whe was in kindergarten (age 5). She just graduated high school (age 18) and we have continued to visit & enjoy on a regular basis. The great healthy food, comfortable atmosphere and the memories we've shared at a Tokyo Joes, will keep us coming back!“

“The food here is great and fast! I've had quite a few dishes including the dumplings in chili sauce and the xiao long bao. Their "oh style" chicken and beef were also great. They give you a lot of food and service is quick. The lady who works at the counter is very sweet. Their prices are also pretty comparable to other dumpling stores in this area if not a little lower. Very happy I found this place when going to Home Depot.
There is a lot of free parking but it can get a bit crowded in this shopping center. You might have to park in the next lot over which is still very close though. The shopping center is easy to get out of, it just exits going West on Arapahoe.
Parking: A lot of spots but during busy hours the shopping center is crowded. There will be parking, you might just have to walk an extra 20 feet if the main lot fills up.“

“We stopped in before a show down the street and the place was popping! They were extremely busy and we didn’t end up having enough time and the gentleman working the counter graciously expedited our food and packed it to-go so we wouldn’t miss our show! “Our favorite Asian restaurant in the Denver area by a long shot. The food is always amazing, never disappointed. Lots of gluten free options, including breaded chicken like sesame chicken, and you can’t even tell it’s GF. Incredible service - Kyoko, the manager, always goes out of her way to say hello to my partner and makes us feel welcomed.“

“There was no need to worry about choosing the menu, so I ordered Combo A and everything tasted good. The interior atmosphere shows the efforts of the young owner. It was nice to see you speaking kindly. Next time I visit Denver, I definitely want to go back and try other dishes.
Parking: The parking lot is right in front of the restaurant, so it’s spacious and convenient.
Kid-friendliness: There was also a table for infants on the day I visited. It's a sufficient environment.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's convenient to sit right at the table in the wheelchair.“

“This is the 2nd or 3rd time Ashley has served my family. She is amazing. With 5 adults, an 8 year old, and 2 babies, is challenging enough. The fact that 2 adults have dietary restrictions and 1 is a picky eater, makes it even more difficult. Ashley was so patient and professional, and made sure everything was perfect. I remember this from our previous visits when we had as many as 14 of us. In a day when excellent customer service is hard to come by, she deserves to be recognized for making our visit delightful. Oh, and the food was delicious as always.“

“The black bean seafood noodle dish was so freaking good. The noodles were straight from the dough making them so incredibly long, chewy, and delicious. I came here right after a dentist appointment with a numbed mouth. Bit my tongue more times than I could count but I still couldn’t stop eating. Everything was so good, even the sides. The owner was so kind and has lived in many parts of east Asia. He knows what he’s making. Will be coming back, please give this place a try.“

“So I'm gluten intolerant and don't really ever have many options at sushi or Chinese restaurants until I found this place. They have soooo many gluten options that I cried happy tears. My friend and I ordered the Sesame chicken, mongolian beef, and a few sushi rolls, and everything came out amazing. All items that are breaded are made with Rice flour.“

“Only "dollar a scoop" chinese food place I trust in Denver, and I found that out the hard way. I always get the chicken Lo Mein, honey chicken, and sesame chicken; food is always fresh, environment and food is clean, portions are GENEROUS - easily double a Panda Express "plate", and damn-near unbeatable prices. Highly recommend.“

“My husband and I visited this restaurant after being in town for the Christmas holiday.
The food was great.
The owner served us even though she was short-staffed. I really enjoyed the Seafood Noodles. It was so good. We ate breakfast…lol.
Look forward to eating it again before we leave.
I hope things work out with their staffing.
But we really enjoyed and hope others do too.“

I’m sorry the other Deb didn’t get her meal this evening, but I can attest that Tokey Joe makes good food using fresh ingredients. I would have given 5 stars, but only gave 4 because they goofed up someone else’s order.“

“If you are wondering what happened to great customer service, you need to come to the Castle Rock Tokyo Joe’s! The manager, Andrew, wants his customers to be happy! I love the poke bowls at Tokyo Joe’s, so I placed an order, but received the wrong poke bowl with my order. Andrew, the manager, was tenacious at getting in contact with me to make it right. He made sure I was happy and would continue to be a repeat customer. I was back there the next day for a poke bowl, and Andrew came out to say hi and thank me for my business. They are serving up fantastic customer service, along with fresh and tasty poke bowls, so I highly recommend Tokyo Joe’s in Castle Rock!“

The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is impressively fast—perfect when I’m in a hurry. The staff is so sweet and friendly, which makes the experience even better.
Plus, they offer GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS, which is a huge win for me. Highly recommend!
