She just graduated high school (age 18) and we have continued to visit & enjoy on a regular basis. “Oh Dumpling is easily the best dumpling place I’ve had in Colorado. The pork xiao long bao, pork chili oil dumplings, scallion pancake, and Oh-style spicy beef were all absolutely amazing.
Honestly, whenever I crave good dumplings, I usually have to wait until I’m in New York, because nothing in Colorado has ever compared to the spots out there. I’ve had such a hard time finding a decent dumpling place here… until now.
Oh Dumpling is right up there with the best I’ve had in New York, and that says a lot. I’ll definitely be coming back for my dumpling fix, no more waiting until my next trip to NYC just to have amazing dumplings!“

“Best vegan in town!!! Everything I order on the menu is packed with flavor, crunchy-fresh vegetables, and vegan meat substitutes. However, it’s much better than that. Their flavors are not really imitating meat, they take the essence of the meat flavor and add or adjust it to better enhance natural tastes found in the rest of the dish. Most vegan places I’ve been to just imitate and then over season-sometimes severely. This place is truly revolutionizing how food can be extraordinary and vegan. Give it a go next time you are by Swedish Medical. It will not disappoint!“

“We regularly get Asuka delivered to us and enjoy their food very much. We almost always get the Veggie Tan Tan Ramen, the Pork Belly Bowl, the Chicken Karaage and their Boba Smoothies (Taro, Coconut or Mango). Sometimes we get their bao buns. Always packaged well, fresh and delicious! Should try their other items but stick to our favorites.“

“My friends and I came here after work and had such a great time. Everything about the experience was fun and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The food was honestly so good, and we ended up enjoying every single dish we ordered.
The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, and they really helped make our first visit special. Since it was our first time trying different flavors of soju and rice wine, they patiently recommended drinks for us, which we really appreciated. It made the whole experience feel more personal and comfortable.
My personal favorites were the tteokbokki and the half jjambong and jjajangmyeon, so flavorful and satisfying!
Definitely a place I’d come back to with friends. Highly recommend!“

“The food was good and the staff was friendly. Once we were seated, the food came out pretty quickly, which was nice.
The only downside was the wait to get a table. Even though the restaurant was about 70% empty when I arrived, it still took a while to be seated and the same thing happened to people who came in after me. I think the seating process could be a bit more efficient.
Overall, a good dining experience with room for improvement on the front-of-house flow.“

“OK LET'S NOT BEAT AROUND THE BUSH HERE. I moved to Colorado in April of last year and I've been searching for a restaurant of this caliber for some time now. The Mongolian Beef was EXCELLENT. The black bean noodles were an incredible and brand new experience for me. All three appetizers I ordered were VERY good, the won tons, dumplings, and egg rolls. I will be looking forward to trying the sweet and sour pork at the establishment itself“

“Three years ago we discovered Bryan's after a short stay in Central Park. A couple of days ago we were excited about our trip to Denver for a wedding and decided a must for dinner was Bryan's Dumplings. We are sitting here enjoying every bite for our Friday date night. “Fast service. Great food. They make the BEST egg rolls of all the places I go to. Great Egg drop soup. Only thing I don't like is the Beef and broccoli dish. Too much broccoli, not much meat. But tasty. I mostly get any of the chicken dishes, and I enjoy the shrimp. I spend about $12.00 for myself. But I freeze about half of the order. For another meal. Go! You can order ahead.“
