I sat in the drive-thru for almost 20mins yesterday waiting for my food AFTER I PAID . While I was waiting the guy running the pick up window was asked to assist another customer inside . Another employee came and handed me my card and when the other employee returned he had completely forgotten I was there and almost gave me another person's order and asked for payment AGAIN I had to tell him I'm still waiting for my food, then looks over and see my food that had been sitting...read full review
Noticeably better burger quality than McDonald's. Wendy's fries aren't as good as McDonald's fries, but we already knew that. The service is decent, here. There are several items that aren't listed on the menu outside, or at least I couldn't find them so I asked the person at the drive through about just getting a couple cheeseburgers. He mentioned that I could get junior cheeseburgers, which are cheaper than the listed $4.99 cheeseburgers on the menu... So I got that. I also...read full review

I've always enjoyed the Apple Pecan salad but in the last few months the salad had less chicken and less cheese. I thought it might be that it's just an aberration but it's permanent. I don't want to pay for a container of lettuce and a few wedges of apples.
