“My girlfriend and I were on a shuttle from The Denver airport to Breck and got stuck here in Idaho Springs amidst the massive snowstorm. Our group collectively decided to go to Safeway to see if we could get some booze. We were turned away due to it just closing at 10PM, but a nice gentleman said, “I’d be happy to re-open the restaurant for you guys.” Nicest folks let us in and served us plenty of drinks and food. Fantastic spot with great people. Recommend every time.“
“You could tell they needed some extra employees in there, however, the food and the employees they had, did a good job. Now PLEASE CLEAN YOUR TEA CONTAINERS!!!! THAT STUFF TASTES LIKE ALGEA. use the blue stuff. It loves eating the bad taste. Train the kids. Thanks for the good burgers!“
“Been there only a couple of times when I was visiting the area. It's combined with a gas station and convenience store right off I-70. Both times there was a very good business happening, but I always found seating if I didn't want to eat on the road or just in the car. The staff was pleasant and the meals are consistent with all McDonald's locations everywhere. I definitely give it a thumb's up!“
“This place is an absolute pleasure to visit! First I noticed the smoker smelling damn good! Then once we entered, I was greeted by the owner himself and we instantly had laughs! The waitress at the bar area was fantastic! We all clicked like we were family instantly! I got the bbq sample platter with extra meats included because why not? It’s damn good bbq you’ll definitely enjoy and talk about in the future.“
“The staff was very friendly and helpful - they split a veggie sub sandwich for us. We also shared a beautiful colorful and fresh salad. Fast service in spite of being busy. And, the prices are very reasonable - includes a free drink! I will definitely return and spread the word.“

“So glad we decided to grab lunch in Idaho Springs and stop here specifically. My girlfriend has Celiac disease, so we're always looking for gluten free spots, and they have plenty of options for her. To top it off, our server Connor was absolutely awesome. His recs were on point, and he provided us with excellent service. We will definitely stop through here again between ski resorts and Denver again soon!“
