My partner wanted a hot dog, and I googled best hot dog in Idaho Spings. This place had a 4.9 star rating, so we checked it out. He got the Spicy Polish sausage, and I got the Maxwell. We shared an order of fries. We were both happy with the food and the service.
I have been been passing by this place for years and thought they only sold hot dogs. It turns out they make the best Italian been sandwich i've found in the state of Colorado. If this place was called Conrad's Italian Beefs and Hot Dogs I would've been going here years ago. Amazing italian beef sandwiches, highly recommend!

Street parking can be a challenge but it is worth the stop for a good hot dog.
